Hi
We run replica site since 2005 and we regularly receive some letters from attorneys of Rolex, Audemars and other leading watch companies with requests to stop now, give them all the watches otherwise we’ll be jailed, executed and so on. Can they really do something? I know that ChXXXl filed some replica sites and based on court decision has seized more than 400 domains since the end of 2010. What can we expect in the nearest future? May be it is time to switch to something more legal business?
As far as I know, the website is only a channel for the sales of replica watches, if the brands owner and the attorney really want to stop this replica products, they shall go and fight with the watch factories and manufacturers, that’s the most important things they shall do.
Except the website, there are plenty of ways that you can still get the watches sold, like emails, and post advertisement, you can even add the content in facebook and youtube, they can not shut down your pages.
But totally speaking, I think this replica industry is going down day by day, you can turn around and try some more other ways.
