What will happen to the mechanical watch in the future?

Posted by admin5 CommentsMay 15, 2011

I’m talking about Movements found in swiss watches, grand complications with moon phases and calendars. IWC and rolex watches for example. What do you think will happen to it in 20 years from now? Will it become extinct, or will new technology push the limits of its mechanics to a whole new level?

I have a non-real Rolex watch with ETA. It only works on it’s side with the crown pointing down. Fix?

And Breitling comes with all those little numbers that can tell fuel consumption, etc. [...]
